Provider's Collaborative

Valley Life for All strives to help build inclusive communities and connect resources for people with disabilities.

One need that VLFA has identified that affects all of our communities is the organization of resources for individuals who are transitioning from the realm of public school services and supports to community based supports.

Our vision for how to meet this need is to create what we are calling the “Providers Collaborative”. The objective would be to create a multi-provider staffing to strategically problem-solve, identify resources, and assign support for individuals who are experiencing challenges during this transition time.

Valley Life for All (VLFA) is a grassroots movement created to build a bridge between people with and without disabilities in Eagle, Garfield and Pitkin counties. This non-profit came together in 2010 and works with parents, self-advocates, community organizers, service providers, business owners, educators, professionals, and government organizations. We would like to include you in our future.

Together with providers like you, we believe we can provide collaborative problem-solving, resource identification and support for individuals with disabilities. VLFA will be hosting a collaborative meeting of service providers. We would be honored to have you join us.
